What is the lead time once I place my order?

In most cases orders are completed and are shipped out within one week from receipt of payment. During our busy times of year we ask for clients to please allow for a maximum of three weeks turnaround time from receipt of payment for your order to be received.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is just a flat fee of $5 for the first 3 items and just $1 for each additional item for all US orders. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS priority mail 2-3 day shipping. For international orders please contact us for an international shipping price quote.

What type of payment do you accept?

We only accept payments through PayPal. PayPal allows us to offer our clients quick and easy payment options including all major credit cards and bank account transfers. Once you place your order you will receive an invoice through PayPal with fast, easy, and secure payment options. Payments are expected within 10 days of the Paypal invoice date. As each item is personalized, we cannot offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges once an item has been purchased. By submitting payment, you are agreeing to our no refund, no return, no exchange policy.

Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, contact information will never be shared nor sold. We reserve the right to publish photos of the projects we’ve created. Sensitive information such as email, address, and phone number will be censored. We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.
